FutraDay trust centre

Terms

These terms apply to the public FutraDay marketing website. Separate written agreements may apply to software projects, product subscriptions, product acquisitions or other commercial work.

Website information

Content is provided for general information about FutraDay, its products and services. Product features, availability and commercial terms may change.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, FutraDay branding, website content and product materials are owned by FutraDay or used with permission.

No automatic commercial agreement

Submitting an enquiry or viewing acquisition information does not create a contract or guarantee that FutraDay will accept a project or transaction.

External links and services

The public website may link to FutraDay products, hosting providers, social profiles or other third-party services. Those destinations are operated separately and may have their own terms, privacy practices and availability. A link does not make FutraDay responsible for another service or its content.

Website availability and accuracy

FutraDay aims to keep public information useful and current, but the website may occasionally contain errors, experience downtime or describe products that are being changed. Public marketing content is not a substitute for a written project scope, product agreement, acquisition agreement or other commercial contract.

Commercial work

Custom software projects, subscriptions, product acquisitions and other paid work are governed by the specific terms agreed for that transaction. Any scope, price, delivery responsibility, support commitment, licence, transfer right or warranty should be confirmed in the applicable written agreement rather than inferred from general website content. See How we work for FutraDay’s usual payment, ownership, warranty and support terms.

Reasonable website use

Do not use the public website to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, distribute malicious code or misuse forms and contact channels. Security researchers should use the process described on the Security page when reporting a potential vulnerability.
