Privacy
This page explains how the FutraDay public website handles information. Product-specific services may have additional privacy terms.
Website analytics and advertising measurement
FutraDay uses privacy-conscious analytics to understand page visits and selected actions. On campaign landing pages, FutraDay may also use the Meta Pixel to measure visits and successful lead actions from Facebook and Instagram advertising. Meta may receive technical and usage information associated with those events, such as page and browser information and advertising identifiers. FutraDay does not include enquiry names, email addresses or message content in the Meta Pixel Lead event. Session replay and interaction autocapture are disabled on the public FutraDay site.
Enquiries
The website enquiry form sends the details you provide to FutraDay's business inbox through an email delivery service. If direct website delivery is unavailable, the form falls back to preparing the same enquiry in your own email application and may copy it to your device clipboard when browser permissions allow. Enquiry names, email addresses and message content are not sent to website analytics. When lead-management integrations are enabled, FutraDay may also record enquiry details in its lead-management spreadsheet and/or HubSpot CRM so the enquiry can be organised and answered. This may include your name, email address, company, enquiry type, message, workflow details and campaign attribution. These services process information on FutraDay's behalf under their own service and privacy terms.
CRM and enquiry records
When the HubSpot integration is enabled, FutraDay may create a Contact record using the email address you provide, or attach the enquiry to an existing Contact with that exact email address. The enquiry details are added as a note to that Contact so FutraDay can review and respond to your request. Existing Contact details are not overwritten by this website integration. Sending an enquiry allows FutraDay to reply to that enquiry; it does not subscribe you to marketing emails or imply ongoing marketing consent. HubSpot's privacy information is available at HubSpot's Privacy Policy.
External services
Links to FutraDay products or third-party websites take you outside this website and their own policies may apply.
Analytics boundaries
FutraDay limits public-site analytics and advertising measurement to understanding traffic, performance and selected actions that help improve the website and measure campaign effectiveness. Custom analytics events and Meta Pixel lead events are designed not to include enquiry names, email addresses or message content. Session replay and broad interaction autocapture are not used on the public FutraDay website.
Information you choose to send
If you contact FutraDay by email, the information you include is received through the email service used for normal business correspondence. Avoid sending passwords, API keys, payment-card details or other secrets. Product accounts and third-party services may have their own privacy information and should be reviewed separately when you use those services.
Your choices
You can browse the public website without submitting the enquiry form. You can also contact FutraDay directly by email instead of using the website enquiry flow. If you have a question about website data, analytics or information you previously sent to FutraDay, include enough context to identify the relevant enquiry without sending unnecessary sensitive information.
