How FutraDay works

How we work

Fixed prices, everything agreed in writing, and you own the software you pay for. Here is what to expect from first message to after launch.

1. How a project runs

  1. Free Automation Blueprint. You answer a few questions in writing. Within 2 business days you get a written blueprint with the hours it could save and a fixed price.
  2. Written scope and fixed quote. Before any work starts you get a scope that lists what is included, what is not, and the price.
  3. Build and test. Progress updates come in writing, with recorded walkthroughs so you can see the software working.
  4. Launch and handover. The system goes live, and you receive the code, the documentation and access to everything built for you.

2. Quotes and payment

3. Who owns the code

Once the final payment is made, you own the custom code and content built for your project. FutraDay keeps ownership of its own pre-existing tools and reusable components, and you receive a licence to use them as part of your system. Third-party services your system relies on, such as hosting, payments or email delivery, remain subject to those providers’ terms.

4. 30-day warranty

For 30 days after launch, bugs in the agreed scope are fixed at no charge. New features, scope changes, and problems caused by third-party services or by changes made outside FutraDay are not covered by the warranty, but can be quoted separately.

5. Support after launch

After the warranty you can choose an optional monthly support plan covering hosting, updates and small changes, priced to suit each project. Or skip the plan: fixes and changes are simply quoted in writing when you need them.

6. Written-first communication

You never need to book a call. Questions, approvals and updates happen by email, written plans and recorded walkthroughs, so there is always a clear record of what was agreed.

The fine print

This page describes how FutraDay usually works. Each project’s written quote and agreement confirms its exact scope, price, ownership and support terms, and that document takes priority over this page.
