Apex Property Services is a fictional Melbourne service-business showcase built by FutraDay to demonstrate how a premium public website can connect to quoting, customer self-service, internal operations and AI-assisted workflows in one coherent product experience.

A conventional service-business website can explain services and collect an enquiry, but the operational work often starts after the form is submitted: triage the request, estimate the job, schedule a visit, keep the customer informed and move the work through internal systems.
Apex was created as a practical demonstration of a different approach. The public-facing website, quote flow, customer portal and operating dashboard are designed as parts of one connected customer and staff experience rather than separate disconnected tools.
The demo follows the full path a real service enquiry could take, while keeping paid APIs and production integrations switched off for a safe public showcase.
A premium service-business homepage explains the offer, builds trust and leads directly into an instant quote experience.
The visitor can upload a local photo and move through a zero-cost simulated AI assessment with an estimated price range.
The portal mockup brings job status, photos, quote approval and invoice concepts into one customer-facing workspace.
The operations dashboard demonstrates how leads, active jobs, revenue, CRM context and an AI assistant can sit behind the website.
The purpose is not to pretend Apex is a real client. It is a transparent portfolio demonstration of the types of customer-facing and internal systems FutraDay can design and build around a service business.
Responsive service pages, conversion-focused calls to action, trust elements, sample projects and sample reviews in a distinct client brand.
A photo-to-assessment interaction demonstrates the user experience of AI-assisted triage without incurring paid API usage in the public demo.
The portal concept shows how customers could follow job progress, view updates, approve quotes and access billing information.
The admin interface demonstrates CRM, job management, revenue visibility and AI-assisted operational questions behind the public site.
Apex is useful because it brings FutraDay's service offering into one visible example: website design, custom software, portals, dashboards, AI-assisted interactions and workflow thinking working together.
For a real client, the same approach can be narrowed to the highest-value workflow first, then connected to production services such as authentication, databases, email, payments, scheduling or existing business systems where they are justified.
